Erin’s Bolognese Sauce

I am so excited to share one of my latest recipes that I came up for my family. I learned about this from visiting a friend one evening.  Her son was mixing all kinds of things in a pot and he called it Bolognese.  After sampling his creation, I decided I would start throwing things in a pot and see where it led me.  I found out that it was one of the best recipes so far.  I make it once every two weeks and the entire family looks forward when I announce that I am making it again.  This recipe is a very savory, tasty, and wholesome meal.

Step one..

Saute vegetables over medium heat with oil.

Step two..

Add ground meat with vegetables, brown meat and sausage.

Step three..

Add your tomato sauce, paste, pepperoni, and seasonings. stir and simmer for an hour to cook in the flavors.

This amazing sauce is great all by itself or served with salad greens. toss with Gluten free or whole wheat noodles.  Enjoy!
