This is an old family favorite. These banana bars are so great for breakfast or even a nice little snack! These delectable bars will also help boost your energy. Eating these will make you feel so great and the best thing about them is that you can just eat a bar without worrying about your weight! There is no sugar and no gluten. But if you use the THM Baking Blend, it actually helps you lose weight. We love them! They are sooo tasty and healthy!
First you want to get three ripened bananas.
Whip up or smash the bananas until creamy.
Melt 1/2 cup butter ( Browned ) and add to smashed bananas.
Mix two eggs into the mixture.
Add 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup milk.
Add 1/2 cup Gentle Sweet to batter.
One teaspoon vanilla.
1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt
Add 2 1/2 cups baking blend.
Optional.. 1/2 cup crushed nuts.
Pour your batter onto a well greased pan, and smooth over.
Now just bake for 30-40 minutes or until pick is dry at 350˚F.
