Skillet Dinner

What is on the menu today?  My simple skillet dinner, that’s what.  I have been making this dish for years and it never gets old to us.  Simple meat and potato dish that anyone would enjoy!

Skillet Dinner
1 lb. ground meat (venison, pork, turkey, or beef)
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup oil (Butter, coconut oil, lard, or olive oil)
1 cup chopped green peppers
10 raw potatoes sliced

 Brown ground meat in skillet.  Add oil, chopped onions, and green peppers.

Wash and slice potatoes and add to skillet. Stir together.

 Cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender.  Make sure to stir every 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Serve hot with some catsup if desired.
