Homemade Lasagna from My Canned Goods

Canned spaghetti sauce, homemade noodles, homemade mozzarella cheese, homemade ricotta cheese, my canned beef bologna, and a couple farm fresh eggs.  WOW!  What a combo!  I made the mozzarella cheese and from the whey I made the ricotta and it was easy.  It took no more than 45 minutes for the cheese making.  My canned beef bologna was nice with some added fennel to give it that italian zip.  This canned meat is just so handy.  I can make so many wonderful meals for such a low price.  I figure this 9×13 lasagna costed me about $3 and it fed my family for 2 meals.  That is a bargain.  We have the cow that gives us milk so we can make the cheeses.  We have the chickens that give the eggs to make the noodles.  We grew the tomatoes that I made the spaghetti sauce with.  We had an Amish friend that raised the beef that we butchered to can the bologna.  It is just so wonderful to be able to KNOW what is in your food.  No chemicals, no preservatives, no GMOs, no hormones, just good old fashioned food right from our own hands.  Exciting!
